How to contribute to our vision

  • You will be in charge of calendars as well as scheduling, coordinating and arranging internal/external appointments and meetings
  • You will mainly support the Onshore North Europe & Middle East Sales management team in daytoday administrative topics and ad hoc tasks as well as supporting the wider Onshore North Europe & Middle East Sales team
  • You will coordinate and prepare travel arrangements and you will also plan, book and settle travel expenses for the management Team.
  • Assisting with office tasks including creation of minutes of the meeting and letters, generating reports and creating presentations, setting up all meeting rooms for presentations.
  • Lead organization of onsite meeting and company conferences
  • Project follow ups, reporting, coordination & effective communication
  • Engage with Sales Leaders and teams across region
  • You will lead administrative tasks derived from the daytoday work in the department and support the North Europe & Middle East Sales team with employee on
- and off-boarding, introductions etc.

  • You will also create and execute purchase orders, including IT equipment and handle the invoicing workflows.
  • You will be in contact with customers, employees, external partners, management, and other internal and external stakeholders.
What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

  • Graduate / Bachelor in any discipline
  • Relevant experience from a similar position
  • You need to have solid Microsoft Office skills and ideally you are familiar with SAP, Concur.
  • You are a responsible person with a high level of integrity, also capable of working with sensitive and confidential data.
  • As a person you have a very proactive approach, you are selfdriven, efficient and persistent while also being open and communicative.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a multicultural environment.
  • You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing. German language would be an advantage
