Your Contribution:

Support the customer department in building good customer relationships
Support our customers in understanding, configuring, and using the software
Perform research activities to optimize existing operations
Gain experience in operating innovation management and innovation management software
Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure productive operations

Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

Consultation, training, and education of clients
Preparation (and debriefing of) of client meetings
Collection of customer feedback

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrated interest in innovation, foresight, and / or growth (by former employments, field of study, or comparable)
Compelling written and oral communication / presentation skills (at least in German and English)
Tangible interest in the software environment and ability to lead discussions with software engineering teams
Inspiring individual with a positive, collaborative attitude who enjoys crossing boundaries and working closely with a multicultural group of innovation enthusiasts
Flexibility, mobility, team spirit, ability to work under pressure, enthusiasm, unconventional ideas, and humor
