- Provide IT services for our laboratories to ensure a highlyintegrated and efficient use of IT for enabling our laboratorieswith solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholdersacross the organization to ensure the laboratory IT services enabledelivering our digital and data strategy
- Manage relationships with external service providers for laboratoryIT services
- Troubleshoot and analyzeapplications, interfaces, and systems
- Maintain and keep accurate system documentation, end user knowledgebase articles, and work tracking logs
- Further develop and conceptualize specifications and standards
- Provide regular trainings for users and keyusers
- Stay up to date with the latesttechnologies and apply them to our operations
- University degree in computer science, informationtechnology or a related field or an equivalent qualification
- Expertise in laboratory information systems
- Good knowledge of GxP regulations
- Experience in a similar role, preferably inthe Biotech industry
- Excellentproblem-solving skills
- Strong communicationskills and ability to work in a team
- Abilityto work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English, intermediate German skills
