What you'll do:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Actively engage in usercentered design processes, including user research and user testing.
- Understand, expand, and maintain our Design System:
- Create, improve, and maintain design system components.
- Maintain a clean and fully functional components library.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects and skills.
- Mid to advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud package.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design tools and methodologies.
- Interest in usercentered design principles and a willingness to actively participate in user research and testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback in a team environment.
- Familiarity with software design principles and experience in software startups is a plus.
- Businesslevel English.
