    Deine Rolle:

    Als Team Lead First Level IT-Support Inhouse übernimmst du:

    • Verantwortung für den technischen IT-Betrieb sowie das Lifecycle Management der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur inklusive physischer und virtueller Server, Cloud-Umgebung, Netzwerk, End User Devices.
    • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung einer hohen Servicequalität in der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (intern, Kollegen:innen).
    • Identifizieren von Problemen, Durchführen von Fehleranalysen und Erarbeiten von Lösungen für optimierte Supportprozesse
    • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des internen Ticketsystems (JIRA).
    • Auf- und Ausbau der Dokumentation von Lösungsansätzen in einer Wissensdatenbank (Confluence).
    • Unterstützung bei Tests, Schulungen und Rollouts von Anwendersoftware und -hardware.
    • Administration und Betreuung von Konfigurationen und Einstellungen im Office365-Umfeld, einschließlich Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive und ähnlicher Anwendungen.
    • Beratung in komplexen Fragen des Berechtigungsmanagements und der Benutzeradministration
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer internen DevOps IT-Abteilung zur Optimierung des IT-Supports

    Als Corporate Security Manager bist du verantwortlich für

    • Definition der Corporate Security Strategie zur Absicherung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur
    • Darauf aufbauend Weiter- und Neuentwicklung der bestehenden Windows-Infrastruktur inkl. Implementierung neuer bzw. Erweiterung bestehender Sicherheitssysteme
    • Leitung und Koordination der entsprechenden Projekte mit dem Ziel der Einführung und Einhaltung standardisierter und einheitlicher Prozesse
    • Erstellung von Risikoanalysen und Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der IT-Sicherheit
    • Abstimmung relevanter Richtlinien und Policies mit anderen Stakeholdern wie HR, Office Management oder der Finanzabteilung

    Das bringst du mit:

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (5+ Jahre) im 1st Level Support und Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Infrastruktur-Teams an verschiedenen Standorten
    • Erfahrung in IT-Projektmanagement, Microsoft Client-Server Umgebungen und in den klassischen IT-Infrastrukturbereichen: Hardware, Netzwerk, Backup/Recovery, End-User Device Management (PCs, Smartphones)
    • Erfahrung mit einem elektronischen Ticketsystem und Kenntnisse mit Confluence zum Aufbau einer internen Wissensdatenbank
    • Beherrschung der Dokumentation von Systemkonfigurationen, Prozessen und Problembehebungsschritten
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Support der Microsoft Windows Umgebung sowie der Office365 Suite, Microsoft SharePoint und Power BI
    • Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Stakeholdern mit der Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit auf allen Ebenen einer Organisation
