- In Ihrer Rolle als Prozessingenieur (m/w/d) sind Sie zentraler Ansprechpartner für produktionsrelevant Prozessthemen in der Montage.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Abteilungen Produktentwicklung, Produktion, Industrialisierung, sowie Qualitätssicherung erarbeiten Sie neue Fertigungsprozesse und entwickeln bestehenden Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
- Sie leiten Prozessanforderungen aus dem Produkt ab und geben fachlichen und operativen Input für Produktionsvorrichtungen und spezifizieren den Fertigungsprozess.
- Sie unterstützen den Auf- und Ausbau der Digitalisierung in der Fertigung von H2 Speichersystemen, Auswertung von Prozessdaten zur Identifizierung von Engpässen, Trends und Potentialen in der Fertigung sowie die Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen.
- Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau/Fahrzeugtechnik, oder Ihre Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsumgebung.
- Die Bereiche Vorrichtungsbau, Umgang mit Messmitteln, Metallverarbeitung, sowie Kleben sind kein Neuland für Sie.
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenauswertung sind von Vorteil.
- Sie sind umfangreich mit Qualitätsmethoden, Fachnormen und technischen Liefervorschriften vertraut.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
- Ihre Leidenschaft für Technik und ihr konstruktives Denkvermögen runden Ihr Profil ab.
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Six Sigma, Lean Management und Konstruktionskenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
