- Identify and nurture global client relationships, focusing on strategic partnerships and expanding Zühlke's presence in the Health sector.
- Drive revenue growth, manage profitability, and expand the global client portfolio.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing globally distributed team of local Market Unit Heads and global Account Managers.
- Oversee the efficient operation of the Health Market Unit, ensuring projects are delivered as promised to clients.
- Understand regulatory and compliance requirements in the Health sector to provide solutions meeting required standards.
- Define and implement the strategy of the Zühlke Group as a member of the Group Executive Committee.
- Proven experience in a global senior leadership role within the Health sector.
