- Begleitung von nationalen und internationalen Mandant:innen in komplexen internationalen Patentverletzungsverfahren sowie in parallelen Einspruchs- und Nichtigkeitsverfahren mit der gesamten Bandbreite des Patent- und Gebrauchsmusterrechts
- Punktuelle Mandatsarbeit zur Vertiefung Ihrer Praxisexpertise
- Erstellung von Musterdokumenten, z.B. Verträge und Schriftsätze, mit Hilfe von Legal Tech Tools, u.a. LAWLIFT
- Beobachtung und Monitoring des nationalen und EU- Rechtsmarktes, technische Weiterentwicklung sowie aktiver Ausbau und Pflege unserer Wissensdatenbank unter Einsatz von Legal Tech Tools
- Praxisspezifische Ausarbeitungen zu Patentdurchsetzungsstrategien sowie im Umfeld der Markteinführung neuer Produkte
- Erarbeitung von Business Development Produkten für die Praxisgruppe
- Ihre erstklassigen juristischen Fähigkeiten haben Sie durch überdurchschnittliche Examina unter Beweis gestellt, ggf. besitzen Sie darüber hinaus einen LL.M. und/oder eine Promotion
- Sie begeistern sich für das Rechtsgebiet Patents und Technology und verfügen über ein umfangreiches praxiserprobtes Fachwissen durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Sie begeistern sich für die Digitalisierung in der Rechtsbranche und bringen idealerweise eine Affinität für Legal Tech Tools mit
- Ihr Englisch ist verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
- Sie bringen exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Eigeninitiative mit und haben Freude an der Arbeit in internationalen Teams und Projekten
