Your Profile

  • Vocational qualification in a technical field or local equivalent education (IT Technician, IT System Administrator)
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical or electrical environment
  • Profound experience with ticketing systems, customer requests and customer communication
  • Expert knowledge in optical fibre installations, wiring networks, electrical wiring, network configurations
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel)
  • Solutionoriented Teamplayer with high focus on customer satisfaction
  • Fluent in English and German
