General Office Management:


  • Lead and develop the Office Management Team
  • Drive initiatives related to Future Ways of Work and other projects
  • Manage company apartments and act as a liaison with the apartment house and relocation services

Facility Management:


  • Ensure the maintenance of facilities, including sanitation facilities
  • Manage the company fleet in Germany
  • Supervise building cleaning and parking management

Receptionists:


  • Manage the reception area and further develop a firstclass hospitality team
  • Handle access card management for Düsseldorf
  • Oversee the post office function and operate the telephone switchboard in Düsseldorf

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve our office management and the perceived atmosphere, drive crucial decisions about how to run the business and shape the workplace. Collaborate with other regional offices to implement best practices and maintain consistency in office management.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the coworking space, the gastronomy or hotel industry
  • Strong organizational and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and growing environment
  • Fluency in German and English language
