What You Will Do

Technical leadership and functional ownership for BaseSW Ethernet domain in customer program.
Customer frontend to support agile development and EPIC planning. Work out detail specification with customer, supplier and other Harman internal domains
Network domain contains Ethernet switch, Ethernet AVB Stack, Ethernet Diagnose and IP Network.
Technical lead and communication to BaseSW development in India, Romania and China.
Network system engineering and customer setup for network test on development level, smoke tests and support of Ethernet compliance tests
Project planning including requirements grooming and delivery dependencies
Monitor BaseSW quality and delivery processes
Ticket tracking and analyze support

What You Need

University degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or appropriate graduation)
Knowledge about Ethernet beneficial on time sensitive networks
Experience of software development in automotive or embedded environment
Experience of requirement engineering processes and project planning
Good communication skills
Fluent English language skills
Willingness to travel (5%)
