- Übernahme der Verantwortung für den Betrieb von Kundenapplikationen über den gesamten Application bzw. Service Lifecycle
- Sicherstellung der vertragskonformen Leistungserbringung sowie der Einhaltung der Servicequalität, wie z.B. SLA und Kosten
- Planung sowie Koordinierung der Leistungserbringungen von beteiligten internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern
- Mitwirkung anLösungsdesign sowie an der Implementierung neuer Applikationen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Betriebsprozessen im Bereich Application Hosting sowie von Compliance-Vorgaben
- Abgeschlossenes fachbezogenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Etwa 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung sowie sehr gute Kenntinsse und nachgewiesene Erfolge im IT-Service Management, ITIL-Zertifizierung wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von IT-Services wie Managed Server, Managed Database, Virtualisierungslösungen, Middleware-Produkten und Netzwerke, idealerweise in Rechenzentrumsumgebungen
- Knowhow in der Betriebssteuerung von IT-Lösungen sowie Expertise in Migrations-/Outsourcing-Projekten im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise im Behördenumfeld
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort wie Schrift
