YOUR TEAM:

As our Inhouse Legal Counsel you will be comprehensively responsible for legal matters.

In all of these activities you will be working closely together with a growing and agile team of highly talented colleagues, in particular the other inhouse counsels and paralegals of the company and its international affiliates.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Provision of legal advice in the area of procurement
Advising the procurement department with the drafting, review, negotiation and solution options in the areas of e.g. IT licence agreements, commissioning of software development (also agile), etc.
Structuring and implementation of legal processes in close alignment with other relevant departments
Legal support in projects with high strategic relevance
Conducting negotiations with different negotiating partners, especially with suppliers in the automotive and software industry, in an international environment
Drafting, improving and adapting template agreements as well as standard terms and conditions to uptodate legal requirements

WHO YOU ARE:

Fully qualified lawyer (second state exam in law)
Professional experience in procurement consulting, contract law and GTC law, preferably in the automotive and software industry
Teamplayer with a hands on and agile mentality
General interest in technology / willingness to discuss technical matters with engineers if required in the course of a legal assessment is much appreciated
Distinct understanding of economic and technical contexts, strong ability to work independently, as well as high service orientation
Very good written and spoken German and English skills (on a business/legal level)
