Als Verstärkung für unser Team im Head Office Hamburg suchen wir dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, befristet für 18 Monate, als

Volontär (m/w/d) im Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation mit dem Schwerpunkt interne Kommunikation

Deine Aufgaben:

Redaktionelle Tätigkeiten für interne und externe Kommunikationskanäle (Online und Print): Themenfindung, Recherche, Texterstellung, Lektorat und Veröffentlichung
Verantwortung des Intranets und dessen technischen Supports: Redaktionsplan pflegen, Meldungen erstellen und hochladen, Unterstützung bei Redaktionskonferenzen
Unterstützung bei Kommunikationsprojekten sowie eigenverantwortliches Führen von Teilprojekten
Projekt

- und/oder themenbezogene Zusammenarbeit mit Kommunikationskollegen in Deutschland und international

Events und Meetings: Unterstützung bei der Vor

- und Nachbereitung

Monitoring der Medienberichterstattung von Gesundheitsthemen und des Marktes

Dein Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Kommunikationswissenschaften, Journalismus, Public Relations, Medienwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Journalismus und/oder der Unternehmenskommunikation wünschenswert
Kommunikationsstärke mit sehr guten Deutsch

- und guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift

Fähigkeit zur zielgruppengerechten Aufbereitung von Sachverhalte
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office

Trainee (M/F/d) in Corporate Communications with focus on

Internal Communications

Your tasks:

Editorial activities for internal and external communication channels (online and print): Topic identification, research, copywriting, editing, and publication
Responsibility for the intranet and its technical support: maintaining the editorial schedule, creating and uploading messages, supporting editorial conferences
Support for communication projects and independent management of subprojects
Project and/or topicrelated collaboration with communications colleagues in Germany and internationally
Events and meetings: support with preparation and followup work
Monitoring media coverage of health topics and the market

Your profile:

Successfully completed university degree in the field of communications or a comparable course of study
Initial practical experience in journalism and/or corporate communications desirable
Very good communication skills, both written and verbally, as well as the ability to present facts in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
You speak English and German fluently (both written and spoken) and can confidently use MS-Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
