Product Planner (M/F/d):
As a
Product Planner, you will coordinate model launch preparations, communication events, and lifecycle management activities with stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and impactful model launch to maximize product success.
_ We want you to:
_:
- Support the Product Manager in creating proposals based on previous model performance (incl. SWOT analysis and market feedback), latest competitor landscape analysis, Hyundai powertrain (CO2) strategy, and target customer; must also include package proposal (e.g. dimensions), key features (incl. USP), and market price targets in collaboration with the Pricing team
- Support the development of the panEU trim strategy (in coordination with both markets and relevant factory), maintaining balance between market requirements and overall factory complexity, work with relevant stakeholders of costcutting activities (HQ, R&D, factory), setup relevant systems with the support of HMC and the factory
- Create model explanation booklet, communicate relevant information to markets through scheduled events and coordinate with launch team to ensure a successful model launch
- Contribute to the development and implementation of specific actions, including annual special editions, model year changes, P/E or F/L event and eventually runout actions; support markets in local adaptations

You will also need to have:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or comparable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in product planning, pricing, or strategic planning
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of market dynamics and trends
- Customercentric approach, addressing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with automotive tools such as JATO, NCBS, and Global Insight
- Fluency in English language; any other language is an advantage
