Beim Incident Management sind Sie verantwortlich für die Wiederherstellung der Dienste innerhalb der vereinbarten Serviceverträge (SLA) sowie für die Analyse der Auswirkungen auf das Geschäft und die Festlegung von Prioritäten.
- Die Bereitstellung von Ressourcen zur Überwachung von kritischen Anwendungen, die Qualität der Ursachenanalyse (RCA) und des Lösungszeitraums sowie die Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.
- Sie ordnen Geschäftsprozessanforderungen zu bestehenden oder neuen IS-Diensten zu und unterstützen bei der Ausrichtung neuer Anforderungen und Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den IS-Serviceverantwortlichen.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld mit Erfahrung in der Unterstützung des Betriebs, der Wartung, der Implementierung von Anwendungen sowie der allgemeinen Verwaltung von IT-Netzen.
- Hochschulabschluss in einer beliebigen Fachrichtung mit Schwerpunkt IS / IT (Informatik, Informationstechnologie/-systeme, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen).
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Betriebssysteme, IS-Sicherheit und Netzwerktechnologie in industriellen Produktionsbetrieben erforderlich.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache, fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
