Allthings is a SaaS company in the real estate industry.

Our platform connects 3rd party digital solutions to tenants and property managers and helps owners to monitor and steer what happens in their buildings.

As team lead of the Service Delivery team you will create this connection together with our customers and technical teams.


What you will be doing:

With our customers:

Project management: Create and maintain project plans, including regular project status reports for our largest customers to guarantee a timely and successful delivery.

Lead requirement workshops: to specify all the building blocks for a successful realization of the customer vision of digitalization.

Consult: our customers in the planning phase of their project around the topic of digitalization.

  • Whenever an consultant or partner is involved in order to deliver a specific feature, you manage the partner relationship to ensure value is delivered to the customer.

With your team (the service delivery team) and cross-team

You translate**: the customers needs and use cases into detailed specifications so that our technical implementation specialists can realize them.

Align: Through your excellent communication you are the connection between, customers, product owner, developers and account managers to ensure value for the customer.

You define and create: standard processes/documentation for your team with scalability in the back of your mind.

What you have/are:


  • You have
    4+ years experience in project management and consulting, ideally in a software company or/and in Real Estate.
  • You have experience in a
    team lead role or are ready for this role.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, in
    German, and English and fluent in spoken French.
  • You know what APIs and webhooks do and know what SDK stands for.
  • A joyful personality, a team player and have the ability to adapt to a true startup culture.

Remote work
Like many other companies, we're working remotely for the indefinite future. The geographic requirements of this position are that you are able to occasionally meet on-site with the rest of the team around Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany and Basel, Switzerland for on-site workshops and other team events (e.g. once each quarter). And that you have a
permanent residency in Germany.
