Assistant Clinical Operation (M/F/d) for our renowned clients in Munich with immediate effect.


Tasks:

Global and European Lifecycle Project Support - Finance (90%)

  • Manage all departmental financial projects related tasks by tracking, reconciliating, reporting and processing in SAP in close collaboration with the global and regional medical affairs functions in US, Europe, Japan and ASCA region if needed
  • Manage the quarterly forecasts in the global and regional financial systems
  • Support contractual and financial project planning
  • Preparation of contracts with internal and external partner
  • Generation of purchase requisitions
  • Managing accruals, invoices and reconciliation with purchase orders
  • Regular financial reporting and tracking including preparation of reports for management
  • Updating and coordination of budgets and reporting with DS Finance
Administrative Support (10%)

  • Responsible for all departmental administrative/organizational tasks
  • Perform all departmental administrative/organizational tasks in an independent goaloriented way in close collaboration with his/her direct superior and project leaders
  • Organize internal and external meetings, incl. Travel Arrangements/Travel Expense Reports.
  • Document Management, electronic signature (DocuSign), archiving of clinical documents with Iron Mountain

Requirements:


  • Business Management Education such as certified business expert (kaufmännischer Fachwirt), certified business economist (Betriebswirt), or equivalent
  • English business language education preferred (i. e. "Fremdsprachenkorrespondent") or equivalent
  • Experience of at least 6 years in business management functions in midsized companies, authorities or associations
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and accounting systems (SAP)
  • Good Business management/project management skills
  • Very good English skills (fluent knowledge of the spoken and written word), German not necessary
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, teamplayer behavior
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Independent and goal oriented working approach
  • Great attention to detail to catch errors
  • Good time management skills
