In this role you will manage a cross-functional project team in an agile set up and collaborate with many stakeholders.

Clear communication of the opportunities and future development of the software platform to development teams, product teams, service teams, IT, product management and senior management is essential.

You will maintain a high level of focus to ensure parallel developments are efficiently and effectively streamlined into a customer-focused service solution.

Your Profile:
We are looking for a person comfortable with navigating and communicating through technical domains, who understands the needs of a program following agile software development principles as well as quality requirements. You can empathize and interact with colleagues from a broad set of disciplines, cultures and backgrounds to translate their needs and expectations into one joint solution. We know this is demanding but we can also assure you that within this role, you will shape the development of connected device solutions that help our customers to increase their patient's quality of life. In this role, you will
Manage projects according to our management system (i.e., planning, creation, and review of product delivery and documentation together with the team)
Break down product roadmaps or feature requests into a product increment and related engineering and documentation deliverables together with core stakeholders (product management, product owner, service, IT, engineering and operations). Coordinate project plans, platform and product requirements (features), data formats, API definitions and other deliverables with stakeholders.
Act as an interface to Data Strategy, Service, Business Units, Health Data Program, IT, Operations and Security for the platform.
Identify, structure, and manage the software development partners required for successful project delivery.
Work closely with product management to drive the release of features as per business expectations.
Ultimately provide superior customer experience
Your Role:
46 years of work experience in software development of complex products as a technical program or project manager. Experience in building digital data products, ideally in a regulated environment such as medical technology. Familiarity with digital technology, IoT (Internet of Things), data lakes and IT Integration. Previous experience with digital solutions and familiarity with stakeholder alignment and process development. Excellent communication skills to efficiently prioritize goals and align various stakeholders in an interdisciplinary and multicultural team to a common goal. Experience and knowledge to easily navigate through corporate, regulatory, as well as technical environments and topics. Strong ability to communicate and work in a team as well as a high degree of initiative and commitment. Proven problemsolving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment in a domain of peers from different domains.
