About the Job

We're looking for an experienced Head of Product (M/F/d) to join our company and drive the vision and roadmap of our product.

Join our mission to change the financial well-being of our users across Germany through enabling tax justice with our core AI-powered software.

In your day-to-day work, you'll focus on the strategic management of our product vision, roadmap and team while directly contributing to our growth and success.

In this role, you will

Lead, build and develop our portfolio company's team of Product Managers and UI/UX Specialists
Establish and maintain a strong product vision that is clearly communicated and shared across the company
Create clear goals and incorporate business values into individual and product KPIs
Provide strategic guidance and comprehensive prioritisation through developing and iterating on the product roadmap, ensuring successful product launches and monitoring KPIs
Accelerate and anticipate product improvements through automation tools, data insights and agile product development

Profile:

Several years experience of product management and leadership in a fast paced, highly scalable organisation.
Strong commercial drive and proven track record of bolstering performance through customer journey and user acquisition optimisation
Solid understanding of the Product Discovery process as well as UI/UX Design
Pragmatic you are eager to build simple, functional, welldesigned products that are intuitive and nofrill
Extensive experience leading teams and create an open, transparent and purposedriven team culture
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Professional German language skills are highly advantageous
