What you will do


As a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner role, you will be partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent to support Stryker's organizational needs.

This is a full-cycle recruitment role part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE).


Recruit

  • Leverages existing sourcing strategies
  • Contribute to Social Media efforts and positively promote Stryker's brand
  • May utilize the services of employment agencies with approval from Recruitment Manager

Advise & Lead

  • Listen to and understand the needs and motivations of all stakeholders
  • Provides input for hiring team's advice and guidance on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices in close collaboration with Recruiting Manager and more experienced TA Partners
  • Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment
  • Tactfully drive the hiring process to meet aggressive KPIs

Innovate

  • Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and share best practices
  • Participate in projects, implement best practices, embrace change and help improve the overall talent acquisition function

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills required
  • 4+ years of work experience required
  • 2+ years businessfacing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or rolerelated experience preferred
