Job Description:


The role will lead the German digitalisation activities from a project management and coordination perspective, being responsible for achieving milestones of the German digital roadmap.

Besides the project management of the German agenda, the role of the Digital Project Specialist will be to support the ongoing delivery of Digital products as part of the Digital Transformation within the CEE region.


Your responsibility:

  • Lead digitalization projects for Germany by planning and coordinating track & trace deployments and analytics as well as ensuring milestones and deliverables are met,
  • Support the Digital Program Manager CEE in the rollout of digital activities and integration of the digital function within CHEPs CEE region
  • Coordinate the digital activities in Germany, from a project management perspective
  • Support in defining new processes and concepts to develop and implement digital activities
  • Partner with a wide range of internal customers and project teams.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Systems or similar,
  • 3+ years in Supply Chain or FCMG industry beneficial,
  • High interest in supply chain and FMCG industry as well as digital technologies,
  • Experience in Project Management, both according to traditional and agile principles,
  • Experience in People Management beneficial,
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams and various stakeholders,
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, Excel) and BI tools (e.g. PowerBi, Tableau),
  • Strong communication skills in coordinating with a broad range of people throughout the organization,
  • Languages: fluent English and German.
