    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all electrical engineering activities within the company.
    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge electrical systems for renewable energy projects.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including R&D, operations, and project management to ensure seamless integration of electrical engineering solutions.
    • Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering for renewables.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning within the electrical engineering team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of leadership in electrical engineering, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
    • Deep technical expertise in electrical systems design, analysis, and optimization.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute complex projects on time and within budget.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders.
    • Fluency in German and English required.
