YOUR TEAM:

The E32.0 solution management creates the future group-wide standard electronic architecture of the Volkswagen Group, striving to transform mobility.

In our team of process and agile experts we drive and improve the rituals, processes and outputs along our organizations value flow.

Our aim is to improve each cycle to have happier teams and get out ever better electronic functions, software and hardware in the car, mobile and beyond.

We are currently looking for an Agile Program Management Specialist (f/d/m) to drive forward our structures towards an agile software delivery organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Take ownership to run, retro and improve the value stream of the Solution Train E32.0 inside and beyond CARIAD
Implement common standards for our program and drive change from team to enterprise level
Manage and close the gap between classic project management and agile approaches
Improve value delivery with partners across all org levels by balancing sometimes divergent views and priorities
Drive management decisions where needed with profound arguments and target grouporiented presentations

WHO YOU ARE:

Successfully completed degree in business administration, sciences, engineering or similar qualification through job experience
Analytical thinking and ability to break complex ideas and problems down into their individual parts
A high degree of initiative and selforganization, independent and selfreliant working style, confident appearance and assertiveness as well as strong team skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills to balance goals of project partners and leading them to optimal solutions from the overall product and customer view
Very good written and spoken English and German; other foreign languages are a plus
