- Sie entwickeln Ihren Bereich weiter und sorgen für die Fortbildung der Project Management Kompetenz in Zusammenarbeit mit der Human Resources Abteilung
- Sie fördern die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und arbeiten aktiv an der technologischen Standardisierung sowie Effektivierung unserer Arbeitsprozesse mit
- Sie sind Teil des PTP Sales & Service Führungskräfte Teams
- Sie arbeiten in einem globalen multikulturellen Umfeld mit einer Reisetätigkeit von etwa 20%
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrens- oder Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie besitzen einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von Investitionsgütern wie Anlagen oder Maschinen
- Sie kommunizieren intern und extern verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Sie arbeiten eigeninitiativ, kreativ und unterstützen und motivieren mit ausgeprägter Führungskompetenz Ihr Team ziel- und ergebnisorientiert
- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, sind belastbar und haben ein selbstbewusstes und professionelles Auftreten
- Sie behalten in unübersichtlichen Situationen den Überblick und die Ruhe, erkennen Probleme frühzeitig, beraten sich bei Bedarf mit Kollegen und handeln dementsprechend im Sinne des Unternehmens
