    We are currently looking for a Finance Manager – General Ledger (m/f/d) for our Finance Team, based in our main office in Hamburg.

    Your tasks

  • Preparation and quality assurance of monthly reporting package for the parent company according to IFRS
  • Preparation and quality assurance of annual financial statements according to HGB
  • Implementation and further development of the Group accounting guidelines
  • Support the stabilization of our new ERP system Oracle Cloud
  • Proactive improvement of internal processes and structures in accounting
  • Accounting support to the M&A activities ( support on pre-closing activities and finance implementation of new acquired companies)
  • Contact for auditors
  • Support to the treasury team ( cash forecast activities, monitoring of cash inflows-outflows)
  • Team management and development

    • Your profile

  • You have successfully completed university studies with focus on accounting
  • You have solid professional experience in a corporate or with an audit/tax consultancy firm
  • You have an excellent knowledge of international accounting (IFRS) as well as a strong understanding of the core processes in financial accounting (GL, AR, AP, Taxes), a deeper knowledge on Treasury topics is a plus
  • You work in a proactive way with "Hands-On" mentality and a strong sense of responsibility
  • You speak German and English fluently (both written and spoken)
  • A knowledge of Oracle Cloud and HFM is a plus
