- Garantir la lisibilité et l'exploitation des données du CRM afin d'en permettre une analyse efficace et faciliter les prises de décisions stratégiques
- Collaboration avec d'autres départements : Travailler avec divers départements (Partenaires, marketing, finance, produits) pour comprendre leurs besoins en données et fournir un soutien analytique.
- Rapport et visualisation : Créer des rapports et des visualisations de données pour communiquer des insights de manière compréhensible (Sisense, Gsheet...)
- A l'aise avec les chiffres / Excel / SQL
- Créer desprocessus d'automatisation pour améliorer qualitativement le travail de chacun
- Maitrise de VS Code + Python
- Maintenance et mise à jour de bases de données (Braze, Mixpanel...) Assurer la mise à jour et la maintenance des bases de données pour garantir un accès continu à des données fiables.
- Idéalement étudiant(e) en Master à l'université ou en école de commerce, vous recherchez un stage de 6 mois dans une entreprise dynamique et ambitieuse.
- Vous aimez les challenges et le travail en équipe.
