Jimdo was founded by 3 school friends in 2007 in a farmhouse in Northern Germany.

Today, we're a growing profitable business with a team of 250+ people from 50 nationalities based in over 15 countries.

We have a physical location in Hamburg, Germany, where teams come together for in-person collaboration. Jimdo started as a website builder, and has helped businesses create over 32 million websites. Over the years, our portfolio evolved to specifically serve the unique needs of microbusinesses.

In addition to our GDPR-compliant website builder powered by AI, we offer an online store, logo creator, legal text generator, business listings, social media integration, SEO, and more.

We are constantly developing new products and services that make the lives of microbusiness owners easier and help fuel their businesses.

The role:

Conduct full cycle recruitment process for all digital roles, across Engineering, Data and Product for Jimdo.
Development of the sourcing and recruitment plans and programs as a strategic partner to Business.
Reduce timetofill.
Drive internal referrals program.
Where applicable, acting as a liaison between external agencies and hiring managers.
Provide market insights on best practices.
Ownership of applicant management system.
Act as an ambassador to the Jimdo brand.

You will be a great fit for this role if:

5+ years' experience in technical recruitment, i.e. Engineering, Data or Product.
You are a driven and an organised individual.
You thrive working in a fastpaced environment.
You have solid experience working in a startup/scaleup organisation.
Experience working with LinkedIn and any other technical job boards is a plus.

It would be a bonus if you are:

Fluent in German.
Used to working remotely/with a remote team.
Experience in multinational startup organization an advantage.
