    DER JOB

    Inbetriebnahme & Betrieb komplexer Systeme: Planung, Konzeption und Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen und Betriebs komplexer Systeme, einschließlich Skype-Serviceinfrastruktur und Stagingprozesse.

    Qualitätsmanagement: Verantworten für die Dokumentation und das Qualitätsmanagement im Zusammenhang mit den Systemen.
    Strategische Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Konzepten.

    Incident-Analyse & -Lösung: im Bereich Skype for Business, einschließlich der Plattform, der Clients und dazugehöriger Schnittstellen.

    ITIL-basierter Regelbetrieb: Gewährleistung des Regelbetriebs nach ITIL-Prozessen.

    Systemintegration: Integration von Systemrichtlinien und Installationsmethoden.

    Rollout-Unterstützung: Aktive Unterstützung im Rahmen des Rollouts von MS Teams.

    YOU

    Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mit entsprechender einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
    Sie bringen langjährige Erfahrungen in der Administration von Microsoft Skype for Business mit und besitzen Kenntnisse in mindestens einer der folgenden Technologien: MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, Hybridbereitstellung.
    Des Weiteren konnten Sie bereits Erfahrungen mit MS-SQL-Servern, IIS sowie Backup/Recovery sammeln.
    Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Programmierung mit PowerShell, VB.NET und/oder C#.
    Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ITIL und einem Ticketsystem runden Ihr Profil ab.
    Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich.
