- Support Operation team to optimize cross functional business process, and improve cost structure.
- Support operation team to analyze Quality Cost, and optimize Quality Cost
- Standard Cost checking and publishing.
- Process improvement for R&D, SCM, MFG, Quality departments.
- Support R&D team of miniaturization, Platformization, Modularization and Standardization.
- Design change control process improvement.
- Special project support for crossBU activities: e.g. Lean Manufacturing support, Stock management and optimization, Labor Cost and Overhead control.
- R&D, SCM, MFG, Quality cost related KPI setup and performance evaluation.
- Bachelor degrees or above, Science or Engineering background.
- Good understanding of cost structure and cost drivers of MFG industry, fair knowledge on New Products Development process / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing / Quality Management (one or two area minimum).
- 3-5 years cost management experience in MFG industry, with experience on Project Management and commercial negotiation with suppliers;
- Good communication skills, result-orientation, and excellent problem solving capability.
