What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Services Specialist to join our Customer Experience department.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our customer-related processes.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and address their needs effectively.

Handle invoice corrections and manage subscriptions to ensure accurate billing and account functionality
Assist customers through all processes to ensure the functionality of their accounts
Utilize HubSpot, NetSuite, and Salesforce experience to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in account management

Basic Qualifications:

- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in a similar role
Relevant experience to the role and or collections
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are mandatory, any other languages are a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Relevant work experience in a software or technology company
A customer focused attitude with a proactive, friendly and courteous style
Direct experience of remote access software is a plus
Proficient in CRM, Marketing Automation and other communication systems
