How to contribute to our vision


As a Resource Planer within the Service NE&ME Offshore organization, you will be part of the Resource Planning & Contractor (RPC) team, whose responsibility it is to proactively analyze forecast and planning of technician resource demand for NE&ME OF and provide a long term perspective on NE&ME OF concept and strategy for upcoming pipeline.


A crucial aspect of this role is to provide transparency of our resource reporting and proactively identify strategic and optimization concepts.

Your capability to map the long term demand, gather and analyze the right data combined with your stakeholder management skills will enable you to provide valuable inputs to our organization.

Among your responsibilities you will:

  • Create transparency in the resource reporting
  • Gathering data, run data checks and trend analysis on BC resources across NE&ME OF.
  • Design strategies and build tools to solve business problems or inefficiencies
  • Connect with various stakeholders across the organization and collaborate with them
  • Scope management requests and deliver the right input message for decision making
  • Develop a structured approach for forecasting and planning resource & competence demands in alignment with the resource strategy.
  • Ensuring monthly reporting and recommendations
  • Manage the supply side assumptions taking into account leavers & promotion rates, upskilling timings, apprentice pipelines, over hour's balance management, sickness levels etc.)
What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

  • Bachelor or master's degree in economics or business
  • Several years of working experience in an analytical or consulting role preferably in the energy industry and / or wind service business
  • Analytical thinking and well structuredIndepth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of data visualization and comprehensive delivery
  • Profound Power BI / MS Office inclusive SharePoint etc. skills for data analytics, monitoring & reporting
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • You are openminded, proactive, and structured, and you take ownership of your responsibilities
  • You have experience of working in an multicultural environment
  • You have a strong result
