    There is a base, and half a year of learning of what works and what doesn't. However, there is a lot of room for new ideas, improvements, and ways to scale. Today, our Marketing team in Berlin is looking for a new talent who will bring in fresh and unique ideas that go beyond the usual.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage marketing activities across, but not limited to: Email & Push notifications.
    • Collaborate with copy, design, and development teams on creative and technical executions of email and other marketing automations.
    • Develop, manage, and create:
    1. re-engagement series for optimum conversion of unengaged users.
    2. a strong testing strategy for continuous improvement of all triggered/transactional campaigns.
    3. all aspects of our triggered and transactional email program: including but not limited to abandon offer, share offer, welcome series, and more.
    • Execute robust A/B testing strategies to optimize our marketing communications and increase engagement/performance.
    • Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTR, spam rate, conversions) and actively measure and report on email ROI to internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with spam regulations and GDPR, managing deliverability to maintain an excellent sender reputation.
    • List Management tasks like list cleaning (removing invalid email addresses).

    Requirements

    Your experience & professional skills:

    • A minimum of 2 years experience in B2C Email Marketing and Marketing Automations.
    • Ideally focusing on user retention, re-engagement, and reactivation.
    • Experience in maintaining high email deliverability rates and troubleshooting deliverability issues.
    • Experience in planning, creating, executing, and analyzing personalized and segmented B2C email campaigns to enhance user engagement.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic B2C email marketing plans that align with broader business goals.
    • Outstanding writing, editing, and reading skills, showcasing the capability to craft compelling and impactful email content.
    • Experience in the AdTech or Mobile Gaming industries is a plus.

    Your tech tools:

    • Experience with various email marketing tools (ESP's, Google Postmaster, SenderScore, GlockApps, list cleaning tools etc.).
    • Experience with email automation tools and the ability to set up, monitor, and optimize automated email workflows.
    • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Metabase or Amplitude) and the ability to analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and make recommendations for improvement.
