Responsibilities:

Working in the project management office for HR transformation projects
Providing support and advice to project leaders regarding project management methods and tools
Supporting the HR controlling processes of the project (budget, schedules, quality)
Compiling and analyzing relevant data and information to support decision making
Maintaining project documents, updating and monitoring milestones
Creating presentations and communication materials to keep the relevant stakeholders up to speed
Management of complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion
Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle timesensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
Management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration
Track and help drive completion of key actions and followup on outstanding items (including meeting notes and actions items)
Manage expense and other report coordination and submission
Organize, execute and assist with team activities, including townhall meetings and social events
Coordination and planning of domestic and international travel
