    Smatched is a fast-growing startup that revolutionizes the way we pay for microtransactions by participating in quick surveys to subsidies cash payments. Smatched started in 2021 with its own App and has today more than 30k+ users.

    Tasks


    Position Overview:

    Are you a curious and creative individual with a passion for crafting compelling narratives that move beyond just words? Do you possess a strong research acumen that allows you to dig deep and uncover valuable insights that lead to cutting-edge thought leadership? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Content Marketing Intern.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Content Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing team, contributing to the creation of engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience. Leveraging your background in research, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that is not only captivating but also grounded in credible information. This role offers a unique blend of creative storytelling and analytical thinking, making it an ideal fit for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and research.

    To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need:

    1. Research Excellence: Utilize your research skills to gather data, statistics, and relevant information from reputable sources. Translate complex information from the gaming industry into easily understandable content that addresses the pain points and interests of our audience.
    2. Content Creation: Collaborate with our designers to develop high-quality blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, e-guides, reports and more. Ensure that content is well-researched, accurate, and aligns with our brand voice and goals.
    3. Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that captivate readers and convey key messages effectively. Use your research insights to add depth and authenticity to the stories we tell.
    4. SEO Optimization: Apply basic principles of search engine optimization (SEO) to ensure that our content is discoverable by our target audience. Incorporate relevant keywords and best practices to improve content visibility.
    5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, web development and social media teams to ensure a cohesive content strategy.
    6. Become an Expert - The person we are looking for already has the ability to dive deep into subjects to eventually become an expert in the Monetization & Retention topics within the gaming industry & how our solutions can solve those problems

    Requirements


    Qualifications:

    • The successful candidate needs to have a strong handle on English grammar
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcasing an understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of SEO principles.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
