You'll join more than 6,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem.

YOUR TEAM:

Our ADAS department deals with the latest automotive radar systems for partially and fully automated driving. The radar systems are enablers for almost all ADAS customer functions and are therefore installed in almost all vehicles.
Radar performance, quality, installability and cost have to be balanced when considering new radars. Your work evaluates the latest radar systems with regard to their performance in theory and practice. Among other things, these systems are prototypically installed in vehicles, measured and evaluated.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Support and realization of radar measurement campaigns
Analysis of radar measurements
Comparison of different radar systems from different suppliers
Evaluation of new radar concepts
Evaluation of mounting positions of radars in vehicles

WHO YOU ARE:

Enrolled student in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or an equivalent field
Ideally knowledge in the area of radar system and radar signal processing
Profound technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
Fluent in English. German would be beneficial
