- Coordinate incoming inquiries from stakeholders, ensuring they are efficiently registered and addressed.
- Support the preparation and launch of public consultations, and analyse feedback received.
- Take part in organization, follow-up and minutes taking of meetings and webinars.
- Assist in the editing of technical documents, graphics, and presentations and website maintenance.
- Research technical topics related to forest management.
- Assist in the development of ToRs, contract, and processing invoices.
- Work with databases, saving and tracking information.
- You are ideally enrolled in a University and studying Forestry, Ecology, Environmental Sciences, International Development, or similar in Germany.
- You have good command on MS office especially MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- You are a team player and quick to grasp new concepts.
- You are fluent in English, and ideally also in French and/or Spanish.
- You live in commuting distance to our Bonn offices.
- You are committed to FSC's mission and values.
- Starting Date: 01 August 2024.
- Working Hours: 20 hours per week.
- Duration of contract: 6 months with an opportunity to extend.
- Remuneration: 14 € gross per hour.
- Location: Bonn, Germany.
