    IP Pilot is an innovative big data startup that evaluates millions of patent and trademark applications. Our web platform makes relationships in the global intellectual property market transparent. Our clients are respected international IP law firms that utilize analytics to support their business development and strategic decisions.

    As a COO, you will play a critical role in shaping our operational strategies and ensuring their successful implementation. If you have a passion for technology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional strategic planning and leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

    Tasks

    • Lead daily operations of the company
    • Oversee finance and accounting
    • Design and implement business strategies and procedures
    • Manage and monitor quarterly goals setting and achievement
    • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
    • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
    • Monitoring KPIs to ensure organizational health
    • Functional Team Lead to the commercial team

    Requirements

    • Several years in similar/relevant positions in a startup/small company
    • Track record of successfully scaling a SaaS business, ideally B2B
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
    • Excellent communication skills and unconditional will to succeed
    • Diligent and prescient personality, self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
    • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
    • Strongly focused on achieving effective outcomes
    • Fluent in English, ideally also German
