- Troubleshooting and fault rectification using modern testers, measuring equipment and procedures
- Fault detection, fault isolation, fault verification, requalification and documentation to ensure flight readiness
- Planning and carrying out repairs, maintenance and calibration of the test equipment used
- Documentation of repair processes including associated database maintenance (SAP)
- Creation of necessary delivery documents for technical assemblies for dispatch between industrial partners
- Spare parts management, warehouse management and inventory
- Compliance with the applicable quality regulations and processes for aviation equipment
- Completed technical vocational training and further training as a technician specializing in electrical engineering or comparable
- Experience in the field of radar, aircraft electronics and / or RF measurement technology advantageous
- Experience in general handling of SAP processes advantageous
- Knowledge of IT such as MS Windows and Office
- High degree of responsibility in dealing with aviation equipment
