Your Profile:

Student of engineering, business education, sustainability management or related disciplines
High level of commitment, willingness to learn and motivation for the areas of sustainability management and circular economy
Interest in interdisciplinary work, willingness to communicate across disciplines
High level of selfinterest and motivation to familiarize yourself with futureoriented topics related to sustainability (e.g. social responsibility, circular economy, life cycle assessment, etc.)
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Strong ability to work independently and in a team
Desire for longerterm collaboration

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Support in the development of a circular economy transformation model for companies
Research on circular economy and sustainability strategies, such as barriers and opportunities for small and medium size companies
Carrying out requirement analysis within the scope of research and industry projects
Preparation and support for workshops and working meetings
Independent literature research for research projects
Support in the preparation and presentation of key findings from research projects, including scientific publications

What We Offer:

The position is to be filled at the earliest possible date and offered for a fixed term Initially limited to 3 months.

An extension is possible with positive work performance.
This is a part-time contract position.
The standard weekly hours will be 12-19 hours.
The salary is based on the RWTH Guidelines for Student and Graduate Assistants.
The position corresponds to a pay grade of 12,00 e per hour.
