What you'll do:

Lead Global Implementation of WMS for Knauf Group
Develop holistic intralogistic concepts, capable to serve multiple requirements from business, IT and other functions (e.g. sustainability, scalability)
Define setup/layout options for intralogistics infrastructure and ensure efficient space utilization
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
Leverage & integrate new technologies & automation (e.g.

AGVs) to significantly improvement intra-logistics performance

Interact with business units, Engineering and IT to enhance intralogistics, and therefore supply chain performance
Assess cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Maintain standards of health, safety and security
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Who you are:

Proven 710 years of relevant working experience
Experience Managing a team as a Supply chain or Logistics Manager
Businessoriented degree such as economics, industrial engineering or any other degree related to supply chain and logistics fields
Expertise in Transport management procedures and best practices with Strong knowledge of Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ability to Lead, Manage Staff and work independently handling multiple projects
Excellent analytical, problemsolving and organizational skills
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Fluent in English and Willingness to travel
