Your duties:

You will take the lead role in building a new Data Engineering & Architecture / DataOps team.
You will manage our project pipeline and align capacity and resource planning with internal and external stakeholders.
You support the strategic direction of our Data teams in Stuttgart, Berlin, Hamburg, Lisbon and Bucharest.
You define the technical capabilities required to achieve competitive advantage.
You establish best practices for crossfunctional team collaboration and agile software development.
You facilitate learning and knowledge sharing across our Data teams and mentor other specialists.

Your profile:

Must haves:

3 Jahre Erfahrung als technische Führungskraft, Präsentationsfähigkeiten, frühere Erfahrung als Softwareentwickler, Java, Data Engineering, Datenmodellierung, AWS, Azure, Distributed Systems, ETL, CI/CD, Spark, Redshift, Kafka, Jenkins

Nice to have:

Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (B2), Python, SAFe
