    Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

    • Management öffentlich geförderter Forschungsprojekte in thematisch ausgewählten Technologie- und Anwendungsfeldern
    • Verantwortung als Projektmanager für das Management von Forschungsprojekten unter Einbeziehung von nationalen sowie internationalen Kooperationen
    • ÜbernahmesämtlicherDisseminations-Aktivitäten eines strategischen Projekts für die Mikroelektronik
    • Koordination der Dissemination- & Standardisierungsaktivitäten mit relevanten internen und externen Stakeholdern
    • Planung und Organisation der Workshops sowie Events für die Dissemination-Aktivitäten
    • Koordination und Organisation von Zuarbeiten der internen beteiligten Entwicklungsstellen, Abstimmung der Kooperationen zwischen Infineon Standorten sowie eigenständige Erstellung von Projektberichten auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene
    • Gestaltung, Abstimmung und Erreichen der Projektziele auf Konsortial- und Partnerebene, Dokumentation der Projektresultate für mehrere laufende Förderprojekte
    • Präsentation der Forschungsergebnisse, der laufenden Tätigkeiten und Dissemination-Aktivitäten in Projekt-Review-Treffen und in Audits gegenüber den Projektträgern und Fördergebern
    • Unterstützung der Infineon-Fachbereiche bei der Auswahl und Abgrenzung innovativer Forschungsthemen im Zusammenhang mit den laufenden Förderaktivitäten
    Sie suchen gemeinsam im Team nach der besten Lösung, respektieren dabei unterschiedliche Einstellungen sowie Sichtweisen und nutzen das daraus resultierende kreative Potenzial. Mögliche Hindernisse erkennen Sie frühzeitig und sehen Sie als Motivation, das Bestehende kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Des Weiteren kommunizieren Sie auch komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und überzeugend.

    Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:
    • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Idealfall in einem technischen Fach oder im Ingenieurswesen vorweisen können
    • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement technischer Projekte und Dissemination-Aktivitäten gesammelt haben, vorzugsweise in der Halbleiterindustrie oder für Infineon relevanten Applikationsfeldern
    • Begeisterung und gute Kenntnisse in der Projektleitung für das Management technischer Projekte mit verschiedenen Partnern und Schnittstellen haben
    • Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen haben und Freude an der Vernetzung interdisziplinärer Expertengruppen innerhalb des Unternehmens und darüber hinaus mitbringen
    • Solide Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse (z.B. IPMA Level D) nachweisen können
    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift aufweisen
