About the Role
Location - Berlin, Germany
What You'll be Doing
- Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objections
- Research, document, and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in Salesforce
- Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are properly documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted, and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
- Bring enthusiasm and energy to work
- Other duties as needed
About You
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are an energetic, selfstarter who enjoys working in an international environment
- You are fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English; big plus: you are fluent in other (European) languages
- You have a proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals
- You are organized and detailoriented with thorough followup skills
- You are proficient with technology
- You are able to multitask with several tools, work independently, and prioritize tasks
