- Das aktuell in der Entwicklung befindliche Voith Wasserstoffspeichersystem soll kontinuierlich hinsichtlich seines Designs bezüglich Herstellungskosten geprüft und optimiert werden.
- Ihre Aufgabe ist es, die Auswirkungen des Designs auf die Kosten transparent zu machen. Dies beinhaltet die folgenden Themen:
- Bottom-Up- und parametrische Kalkulationen durchführen.
- Kalkulation von Design-Varianten als Entscheidungshilfe für die Entwicklungsabteilung.
- Pflege der Daten zu Herstellungskosten in den Stücklisten.
- Modularisierung verfolgen, um OEM-spezifische Anforderungen in einen Standard zu überführen (Modular System Concepts).
- Sie unterstützen den Einkauf mit Kalkulationen bei der Preisverhandlung.
- Bei der Bewertung der Anforderungsdokumente des Kunden sowie der Kalkulation und Beurteilung von Entwicklungs aufwänden und Risiken leisten Sie Unterstützung.
- Sie übernehmen die Untersuchung von Marktbegleitern und Wettbewerbern sowie die Einschätzung von Referenzsystemen.
- Die Analyse von Märkten und Trends rund um Themen der Wasserstofftechnologie gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.
- Sie haben Ihr Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik oder vergleichbar erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie verfügen bereits über mehrjährige (mindestens 3-5 Jahre) Berufserfahrung im Bereich Product Calculation, Design to Cost und idealerweise der Wasserstofftechnologie.
- Ihre Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Neues sowie Ihre herausragende Motivation zur Arbeit mit neuen Technologien zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Ihre Freude an einer lösungsorientierten, offenen Kommunikation und Diskussion im agilen Team.
- Erste Erfahrungen in einer dynamischen Arbeitsumgebung sind von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
- Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen weltweiten Dienstreisen (<10%) rundet Ihr Profil ab.
