Job Description:

Experian is seeking a dynamic and driven individual for the role of Director of Sales Insurance & Health (M/F/d).

This is a full-time permanent position based in Baden Baden or a home office, with the possibility of mobile working.

Responsibilities

  • Disciplinary and professional leadership of the Sales & Account Management Insurance & Health division. You will be responsible for managing and leading the sales and account management teams, ensuring they are aligned with Experian's standards, strategies, and targets.
  • Support of national and international customers from the Insurance & Health industry. As a key point of contact for both national and international clients within the Insurance & Health industry, you will provide professional support, manage client relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Further development and implementation of the existing sales strategy. You will be tasked with reviewing, improving, and executing the current sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Responsibility for the specific budget and personnel planning for the area. You will be managing the budget for the department, including resources, hiring, and personnel planning, ensuring the team operates within set financial parameters.
  • Close cooperation with the product and solution management for the innovative development of industryspecific solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with product and solution teams to innovate and enhance industryspecific solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of customers.
  • Conceptualization and execution of customer events, lectures, trade fair presences etc. in collaboration with marketing. This includes planning and overseeing customer engagement activities such as events, presentations, and trade fair participations, working alongside the marketing team to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications:


  • Strongly pronounced sales orientation and excellent network management. A proven track record in sales and the ability to effectively manage and build relationships within your professional network is key.
  • Several years of experience and excellent knowledge of the Insurance & Health industry and in the areas of risk and fraud management. This role requires a deep understanding of the Insurance & Health industry, including risk and fraud management.
  • Excellent network/contacts in the Insurance & Health industry. A robust network within the Insurance & Health industry is beneficial for customer acquisition and understanding industry trends.
  • Analytical, conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking skills. The role requires an individual capable of analytical and strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Positive mindset and handson mentality. We value individuals who are positive, proactive, and ready to tackle challenges directly.
  • Negotiating skills and closing strength, confident in communicating with decisionmakers even at the Clevel. This role requires the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively and to communicate confidently with highlevel executives.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English. Bilingual skills in both native German and English are essential as the role involves national and international
