Airbus Aerostructures includes four production sites in Germany: the headquarters in Hamburg with three other plants in Nordenham, Bremen and Stade where works goes on today on the aerostructures of tomorrow's aircraft.
Your location:
The largest production site for civil aircraft can be found in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe means that you will travel to work by ship. The vibrant port of Hamburg is a green and cosmopolitan city brimming with culture.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensuring the ability of suppliers to deliver and perform
- Carrying out (pre)assessments and/or audits at national and international suppliers
- Determination of the requirements and suitability of the suppliers for the supply chain
- Support for complex supplier development projects
- Ensuring ad hoc assignments at the supplier's site
- Defining and implementing improvement plans
- Restoring and securing Supplier performances and leading changes & transformations
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Deep industrial knowledge and and experience in project management
- Very good knowledge of production processes and interest for supply chain
- Very good knowledge and experience in using Lean tools / problem solving techniques
- Gemba mindset
- Autonomy, Adaptability and Assertiveness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and curiosity & willingness to learn
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel
