- Produktmanagement: Als Produktmanager (m/w/d) im Bereich Acquiring bist Du verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Produkt-Roadmaps sowie die Umsetzung neuer Zahlungsprodukte im Bereich Acquiring Services.
- Projektplanung: Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit der verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und externen Partner im Rahmen der Einführung neuer Acquiring Services.
- Reporting: Darüber hinaus verantwortest Du die Definition und Umsetzung von Acquiring Features, Preismodellen sowie Abrechnungen und Reportings.
- Support bei der Händlerakquise: Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei der Händlerakquise und bei Projekten im Bereich Acquiring.
- Produktunterlagen: Du bist für die Konzeption und Erstellung von produktspezifischen Marketing- und Vertriebsunterlagen für Acquiring Services verantwortlich.
- Marktanalyse & Wettbewerb: Du führst Marktanalysen durch und beobachtest den Wettbewerb im Bereich Acquiring.
- Abstimmung & Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Interessengruppen wie dem Produkt- und Projektmanagement, der IT sowie mit Händlern und Kunden zusammen.
- Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Du hast einen technischen Hochschulabschluss (z. B. der Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder einen vergleichbaren Ausbildungsabschluss und hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Acquiring (POS und/oder E-Commerce) mit internationalen Kartenorganisationen
- Kundenorientierung: Du hast ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und den Anspruch, nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln, die auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zugeschnitten sind
- Arbeitsweise: Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative und behältst auch bei hohem Workload einen kühlen Kopf
- Persönlichkeit: Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit und hast Freude daran, Deine Ideen vor verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu präsentieren und im Team gemeinsam Erfolge zu erzielen.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du kannst in unserem interkulturellen Umfeld problemlos in jeder Situation auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren
