Short description:


This position requires a highly energetic, motivated, and creative individual who will be responsible for the development and management of all CAD/CAM Software sales.

We are looking for several Sales Representatives nationwide. Ideally you will be located from the North-Rhine-Westphalia or the Bavaria regions.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives through aggressive sales activities and by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and ensure consistent business followup.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of Company's current and future products and solutions.
  • Provide weekly updates, accurate territory sales forecast, monthly status reports, and quarterly sales projection reports.
  • Obtain and report current on market information in the region (trends, competition, pricing, etc.)
  • Coordinate and participate in exhibitions, conferences, tradeshows, user group meetings, and industry and product webinars with a customerspecific value focus to introduce new products to customers and distributors.
  • Develop and manage sales funnel by monitoring funnel growth, accuracy, and conversion in NetSuite/CRM.

Requirements:


  • 35 Years sales experience selling to manufacturers.
  • Ability to generate and qualify customer leads and track via CRM.
  • Ability to handle technical objections and clearly articulate the product architecture and its benefits.
  • Ability to identify decisionmakers and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Clear understanding of how existing customers are using the products.
  • Self-Discipline and drive to work independently.
  • Experience in capital equipment sales, CAD/CAM preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required
  • Capable of working independently
  • Strong Business Acumen & Datadriven decision making
  • Project Management and Collaboration Skills
  • Strong Active Listening & Objection Handling skills
  • Proven customer relationship building skills
  • Prospecting and negotiation experience
  • Willing to travel and be flexible
  • English language skills needed
