Job Description:

Building highperforming & selforganized teams and ensure continuous improvement at team and program level
Close collaboration with Product owners to maximize the value and efficiency in the teams
Measure and Improve team's workflow and remove team impediments
Support Release Train Engineer (RTE) in process optimization on ARTlevel and preparation of ART activities e.g. PIplanning, system demos, problem solving workshops etc.
Facilitate scrum events and crossteam workshops and meetings with teams in different time zones

Qualifications:

Advanced knowhow on agile & lean working methods e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban (certified SAFe Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master CSM) in software development
Experience with using and configuration of collaboration Tools e.g. Jira and Confluence
Strong ability to work in a team (empathy, active listener, transparent, open to feedbacks)
Strong problem solving, communication, organization, team building & coaching skills
Strong mindset for continuous improvement and efficiency
Advanced English and German skills
